Accounts Executive (Based in Medan)
(Sumatera Utara)
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of relevant working experience
* Hands-on experiences and has good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulation
* Proficient in MS office
* Meticulous, initiatives and able to multi-task
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsible and good team player with positive work attitude
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Able to write and communicate in English
Responsibilities:
* Perform daily operations of the accounting
* Prepare invoices, issue debit and credit notes
* Verify supplier invoices and process cheque payments
* Process staffs travel claims and petty cash claims
* Code revenue and expenses by projects
* Prepare weekly, monthly revenue and expenses report
* Prepare all payment vouchers, TT bank advices
* Prepare bank reconciliation
* Some tax knowledge will be an advantage
* Ad-hoc accounting duties
